At Oasis Vape Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that defects can occasionally occur.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at Sales@OasisVape.ca or by phone at 778-900-0420. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
